Lapis Lazuli 2" x 1.5" worry stones have a concave side for rubbing with your thumb and are flat on the other side. The worry stones are just over 1/4" thick. Rubbing a worry stone puts preassure on nerves within the thumb which can release endorphins, the brain's natural relaxants. Each worry stone comes with a card about the stone.
